NetSwap Technologies is currently rebuilding and expanding its technical team with a stronger vision for the future. We are looking for motivated and self-driven Laravel Developers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers and developers with up to 2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure to backend systems, APIs, and modern web application development.

We are especially interested in candidates who can take ownership, work independently, and grow with the company long-term.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP)

• Build and manage REST APIs and backend functionalities

• Write clean, scalable, and optimized code

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Collaborate with frontend and design teams

• Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance

• Participate in project planning and development discussions

• Maintain project documentation and code quality

• Work independently on assigned modules and tasks

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Laravel Framework

• Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL

• Understanding of backend architecture and APIs

• Basic knowledge of MVC architecture

• Familiarity with Git version control

• Problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Knowledge of CodeIgniter

• Familiarity with Blade Templates

• Experience with Bootstrap

• Basic understanding of JavaScript/jQuery
