At NetSwap Technologies, we are looking for a smart, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who understands the digital ecosystem and knows how to turn conversations into business opportunities.

This is not a traditional sales job. You’ll work closely with a fast-growing startup team, communicate with international clients, write high-converting proposals, generate leads, close deals, and contribute directly to the company’s growth journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Online bidding and client acquisition

  • Writing professional and high-converting proposals

  • Lead generation through multiple digital channels

  • Client communication and requirement gathering

  • Negotiation and deal closing

  • Building long-term client relationships

  • Coordinating with development and project teams

  • Managing pre-sales and post-sales communication

  • Following up with potential leads and prospects

  • Maintaining CRM and sales records

  • Identifying new business opportunities in global markets

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of web development and mobile app technologies
